Communication error. Retry. If the error recurs, contact the BankID support at your bank.
 
If you experience problems using BankID on file or BankID on card and receive this message although the internet communication works fine otherwise, it may be caused by a proxy in your system. Depending on the proxy settings the communication between BankID Security Application and the BankID server may be blocked, resulting in you being unable to use BankID.
 
If you work inside a corporate network, please contact the network manager to solve this problem. You find more technical information in Installing BankID Security Application in corporate environments that can be downloaded from http://www.bankid.com/bankid-sakerhetsprogram.
 
If the error persists, please contact the BankID support at your bank. You can find the contact details at support.bankid.com (only in Swedish).
